SR400/500 & TT/XT500 KEDO Optimisation Kit
Optimisation of the existing stock material by adapting the intake manifold to the cylinder head, machining of intake and exhaust port including valves and valve seats by means of FlowBench as well as alignment of the combustion chamber to the cylinder bore. Fine honing of the cylinder, testing and basic adjustment of the standard carburettor. All components (camshaft, pistons, rocker arms, valve guides, etc.) are cleaned and measured and modified accordingly if required. Without TÜV.
Your vehicle must meet the following requirements:
Intact crankshaft and original camshaft, intact rocker arms/axles, intact valves (no pitting), dimensionally accurate, intact piston including intact cylinder (bore Ø of 87 to 88 mm), as good as new timing chain, original air filter box with K&N exchange air filter, ABE-compliant exhaust system (preferably with performance manifold), functioning original carburettor.
Complete cylinder head including valves and cylinder head cover, cylinder including piston, camshaft, rocker arms and axles, original carburettor.
Optimised power delivery over the entire speed range without loss of stability, noise level remains standard, power increase at the crankshaft approx. 3 to 5 hp.
