This handlebar switch solves the problem of light control when the original handlebar switch/throttle unit on the right side is replaced with a universal throttle without a light switch.

For very old original vehicle wiring looms, three Japanese-style sockets are included. These replace the discontinued Yamaha system connector (3-pin round connector housing in a T-shape).
A system connector with contacts is included for an optional kill switch, allowing universal pushbuttons/switches to be connected without modifications to the vehicle wiring loom.
